Call of the sea

A recently married young woman from a rural town starts a new life as a journalist in the 1970’s Rio de Janeiro, when Brazil was in the turmoil of repression by a military dictatorship and its cherished National Football Team was preparing to play in the 1978 World Cup in Argentina, another country engulfed not only in its passion for sports but also political instability.
She will enter a world that will change her life forever, as she makes new acquaintances and is forced to ask herself what it is she is really searching for.
